The tour starts at our shop at 20 Rebecca Walk, Batman Park, Melbourne. Check the Google Map on our contact page and we will also send a map with the confirmation.
We supply the bikes, helmets and locks (if you are renting) so all you need is a hat and sunscreen if we are expecting a hot day or a rain jacket if you are concerned about the weather (or both, this is Melbourne afterall!).
Reservations are advised for the tour, please book online though this website or phone us to makes sure we have a place available for you. If you like, you can turn up on the day, however we restrict the tour to 12 people so if we are booked out you may have to come back the next day.
All tours generally last 4 to 4.5hrs. If you are pressed for time, we would advise booking a private tour at a more suitable hour.
Our public tour covers 16km/10miles in 4.5 hours so an ability to cover this ground and keep up with the group is a must. If this doesn't suit, we do offer private tours where we can be a bit more flexible and customise it to your needs.
Both of our Melbourne bike tours are very different and do not cover the some places. If you join us on one tour save $15 on the next tour you take.
No problem! Our tours are designed to be easy for everyone. We’re only covering 14 or so kilometers in 4.5 hours – anyone can do these tours! Melbourne is a flat and bike friendly city.
No, our tours run rain or shine. We have ponchos available for anyone that needs them in our office. Always a good tip: Bring extra clothes in case it rains, or gets chilly.
As Melbourne is a bike friendly city the tours are great for kids. Just let us know in the booking, the size of bike required for the kids and we will sort everything out.
You get the bikes, helmets, bike locks and map. Lights are also available if you are renting the bike overnight.

If you are arriving at Station Pier in Port Melbourne, the best way to get to our shop is via the 109 tram. This tram leaves from Beacon Cove, Port Melbourne (Stop 129) and stops at our park, Batman Park (Stop 124). See the 109 Route Map. The journey takes roughly 20 minutes.
